Brigitte is the proud owner and founder of Freckles and Sling (Pty) Ltd, the name resonates with elements that are joyful reminders of her childhood. She is a vibrant and creative woman with a grounded spirit, she speaks multiple official South African languages and is in the process of learning Portuguese. She appreciates the diverse cultures that our South African soil has to offer, her upbringing in different communities has made her a “PRO” in the ability to adapt effortlessly and being able to network flawlessly.
Her field of expertise for the past 14 years to date, is in the Events and Sports industry. Her portfolio includes managing life style events, sporting tournaments, event infrastructure and facilities. She has an IT background, Project Management certification and NQF level 5 Generic Management.
She believes strongly in memorable experiences in every aspect of both life and business. She is passionate about working towards creating more opportunities for the less fortunate and taking a personal step towards eliminating poverty!
Nhlanhla is a hardworking, industrious and passionate woman with a lot of zeal and experience in Event Management, Event Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Government Relations, Stakeholder Management, Protocol Management and Sponsorship Management.
She has been in the telecommunications and government sector industry for the past 12 years. Her background and competencies lie in Event management from conceptualizing to planning and fully executing any event.
Some of the key events she regularly manages include: Internal staffing events, conferences, team buildings, product launches, hospitality events, customer entertainment, customer breakfasts, product activations, exhibitions, golf days and sponsorship events.
She has earned invaluable experience in this regard and considers herself as a leader and total management solution. She is a firm believer in continuous self-improvement and in this endeavour has acquired additional qualifications and training in marketing, risk and events management.
